Moonlight Over Rona was captured on a still night along the coast of Skye, as moonlight broke through a veil of cloud and scattered soft pools of silver across the waters below. In the distance, the shadowed forms of the islands of Rona and Raasay rose gently from the sea — quiet, ancient, and still.
This image is part of my black and white series exploring the elemental drama of the Hebridean coastline under moonlight. There is no human presence here — only sky, water, and the soft breath of wind. It is a portrait of stillness and space, of quiet light moving across time-worn landscapes.
