Autumn Colours at the Loch of Stenness, Orkney

from £225.00

For thousands of years the seasons have turned at this spot near the Ring of Brodgar and the Stones of Stenness. People have fished and hunted in these waters and surrounding wetland. So, for the longest time, the sun has risen and set and created myriads of colours and reflections on this small lake and yet, every single day has been different. In each instant, the light changes and the loch changes. This image will never be repeated.
